Detection condition
|
• The vehicle control module (VCM) detects that the front radar sensor internal temperature is abnormally low.
|

Fail-safe
|

Possible cause
|
1. Internal malfunction related DTCs are stored in the following modules.
2. DTCs are stored in the front radar sensor. (See DTC TABLE [FR].)
3. Temporary decrease in internal temperature of front radar sensor
4. Front radar sensor malfunction (Refer to [FRONT RADAR SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION] in workshop manual.)
5. Vehicle control module (VCM) malfunction (built into body control module (BCM)) (Refer to [BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION] in workshop manual.)

Repeatability verification procedure
|
1. Clear the DTC recorded in the memory. (See CLEARING DTC.)
