1. Malfunction in wiring harness (including connector/terminal) between tilt/telescoping switch and electric tilt/telescoping control unit (See CIRCUIT INSPECTION.) (See CONNECTOR INSPECTION.)
2. Tilt/telescoping switch malfunction (Refer to [STEERING WHEEL AND COLUMN INSPECTION] in workshop manual.)
3. Electric tilt/telescoping control unit malfunction
