Detection condition
|
• The LF control unit detects a malfunction in the coil antenna, and remote transmitter communication is not possible.
|
|
Fail-safe
|
• Cancels the i-stop control.
• Requests engine restart control by i-stop.
|
|
Possible cause
|
1. Malfunction in wiring harness (including connector/terminal) between push button start/power switch and LF control unit (See CIRCUIT INSPECTION.) (See CONNECTOR INSPECTION.)
2. LF control unit malfunction (Refer to [LF CONTROL UNIT INSPECTION] in workshop manual.)
3. Coil antenna malfunction (Refer to [PUSH BUTTON START REMOVAL/INSTALLATION] in workshop manual.) (Refer to [POWER SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION] in workshop manual.)
4. Body control module (BCM) malfunction (Refer to [BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION] in workshop manual.)

Repeatability verification procedure
|
1. Clear the DTC recorded in the memory. (See CLEARING DTC.)
2. Remove the F27 25 A fuse.
