|
• The body control module (BCM) detects the instrument cluster internal malfunction (light switch monitor circuit).

Fail-safe
|
• Turn on the headlights LO and TNS (parking lights)

2. Body control module (BCM) malfunction (Refer to [BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION] in workshop manual.)

Repeatability verification procedure
|
1. Clear the DTC recorded in the memory. (See CLEARING DTC.)
2. Switch the ignition ON (engine off or on)/main power ON (READY off or on) and wait for 10 s or more.
